Deal Farms is now accepting SNAP benefits. In addition, we are participating in Appalachian Sustainable Agriculture Program's Double SNAP program. Double SNAP for Fruits and Vegetables is ASAP’s SNAP incentive program at participating farmers markets and farms stands in Western North Carolina. The Double SNAP program essentially doubles your buying power on eligible SNAP purchases. So if you buy $20 worth of SNAP eligible produce, you will only be charged $10. The remainder is covered through a local non-profit. All produce grown by Deal Farms is eligible for the Double SNAP program. You can earn up to $20 in Double SNAP incentives per transaction.
